Taking place in twentieth century writer Isaac Asmiov’s imagining of the future we are now living, Someday is a brand new work exploring what a burgeoning mind inside a circuit board would hope for, live for, and dream of – if it could.

For this production Noah Boyle and scenic designer Jake Rose were tasked with creating a science fiction computer that towered over the stage. The pathways of a circuit board lined the floor and hundreds of LEDs filled the set and costumes thanks to LX designer Tauran. The style took inspiration from vapourwave aesthetics but had to look worn and neglected to capture the cyberpunk vibe of good science fiction.
