10 year old Winnie Foster has run away from home and stumbled upon a secret that could change everything. Meet the Tucks, a family that long ago discovered a spring that grants the drinker eternal life. And while Winnie must decide what to do with this new and dangerous knowledge, the Tucks must decide what to do with her.

Working with Director Nicola Elson on this project proved to be some of the most involved I have been inside the rehearsal hall in a long time. Collaboratively we discovered how to use the transforming set and world of the play to represent the different locations of the play. Barrels and baskets became horses, a ladder becomes a jail cell, and a piece of bark became a canoe. At the centre, the stack of boxes reached up to the grid as a tree, with a canopy of foliage overhead.
